Led by experienced roleplayers with a combined 50+ years of experience in IRL Public Service, we strive to host a community focused on player enjoyment, story-building, immersion, and inclusivity.

All community members are able to belong to one primary POLICE agency. Members can also join the LOS SANTOS COUNTY FIRE DEPARTMENT!

Chief Tech
Interim: Lt. Leo Skittles
The Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) is the starter law enforcement agency for Open Roads RP and strives to provide new and experienced players alike with a structured and immersive entry point into roleplay. As the starter department, LSPD focuses on professionalism, fairness, and strong storytelling, encouraging members to build realistic interactions and engaging scenarios. The LSPD currently focuses primarily on patrol with plans for additional divisions in the future.
Sheriff Johnny Slash
The Los Santos County Sheriff's Office (LSSO) is a dedicated law enforcement agency focused on maintaining safety and order across its large diverse jurisdiction. With specialized divisions such as S.W.A.T. for high-risk operations, Criminal Investigations Division for detective services, and Traffic Unit for road safety, LSSO offers comprehensive policing services to protect and serve the community.
Colonel Mercury Heart
The San Andreas State Patrol (SASP) hones its responsibilities in the enforcement of traffic laws and crashes. SASP is home to the Highway Enforcement of Aggressive Traffic (HEAT) unit which uses high powered sports cars, the Motor Unit with purpose built motorcycles, and the Tactical Response Unit. Members cannot join SASP without prior time and experience in the community and completion of an application.
Chief Jack Morgan
Los Santos County Fire and EMS plays a critical role in the safety and well-being of San Andreas. The Marine division handles water-based emergencies, while the Technical Rescue Specialists manage complex rescues. The Flight Crew and Medical Flight Crew ensure swift aerial response and care, and the Wildland Firefighters protect the region from dangerous wildfires. Ready to turn up the heat?
Upon reaching the required ranks in their primary department, members are also eligible to operate as any of our auxiliary departments and spice up your roleplay scene with new scenes, jurisdictions, uniforms, and vehicles!
Auxiliary departments are only available to appropriately-ranked law enforcement members. More auxiliary departments may exist for Fire and Civilian members in the future!
PALETO BAY
POLICE DEPARTMENT
The Paleto Bay Police Department is dedicated to serving and protecting the quiet coastal town of Paleto Bay. They handle local law enforcement, crime prevention, and community engagement to ensure the safety of residents.
Open to all members ranked Deputy II or higher.
DEPARTMENT OF
NATURAL RESOURCES
The Department of Natural Resources is responsible for protecting wildlife and enforcing conservation laws across San Andreas. They ensure the safety of habitats while regulating hunting, fishing, and environmental activities.

ALAMO AREA
POLICE DEPARTMENT
The Alamo Area Police Department serves the towns of Grapeseed, Sandy Shores, and Harmony, ensuring the safety of rural communities. Their focus is on prevention and order.
Open to all members ranked Deputy II or higher.
The Development Team (The Marshals)
Former multi-state licensed paramedic and current 911 operator. Skittles has his hands in multiple aspsects of server development and serves as the unofficial head of the Paleto Bay Police Department. Skittles is also an acting lieutenant for LSPD.
Firefighter/Paramedic and current medical student, here Morgan taught himself how to develop to build and maintain the server. He also serves as the head of the LSCoFR when he decides to grace us with his presence.
Current Law Enforcement Officer and professional donut connoisseur, Doss provides insight and realistic role-play of the server and serves as the unofficial head of the Alamo Area Police Department.
Currently a dispatcher for a state LE agency in the southern US, Mercury serves as the head of the San Andreas State Patrol. If he had his way, the only vehicle in existance would be the Dodge Charger.
A Police Officer since 2017, Slash serves as the primary developer for uniforms and vehicle liveries as well as minor script work. His life experience also brings realism to the role-play environment. Slash serves as the Sheriff of the LSSO.
